With the COROACADEMY DAYS, our Learning & Development Team promotes personal exchange between our colleagues, regardless of department or hierarchy.
At the beginning of June, the new format had its premiere: All employees of the Wuppertal site were invited to share their ideas and wishes - and many took the chance to actively participate in shaping our training program. The discussions were inspiring, and our suggestion box for anonymous suggestions was full to bursting by the end of the day.
Dr. Lisa-Marie Teubler, our team leader Learning & Development, is thrilled: "The feedback was very positive and we received many valuable impulses. This will help us tailor the program even more precisely to the needs of our colleagues."
Besides exchanging views on the further training program, the participants had the opportunity to get to know the functions and advantages of our new digital booking platform for external trainings.
With this tool, we are expanding our internal training offer, making it easy for our employees to find and compare offers and, of course, to book them immediately. There were already numerous new registrations during the event.
A highly interesting event where you can discuss your questions about human resources development in person and share your wishes. In addition, you get to talk to colleagues and learn a lot of new things about training and development.
The COROACADEMY Day was for sure not the last in this series. The successful event will now take place regularly - an essential step towards an open learning culture that keeps us competitive.
