"Would you recommend your employer to your best friend?" This question was asked by the magazine stern together with the renowned market research agency Statista to 43,000 employees throughout Germany. The 650 best German employers were selected from the answers.

From 23rd place in 2021 to the TOP 10

We are very proud that the Coroplast Group is in 9th place as a top-rated employer in the "Automotive and Suppliers" industry. In this area, we compete with heavyweights such as Porsche, BMW, Daimler or Bosch - which makes this award particularly valuable for us.

How the ranking was created

In the summer of 2022, at least 100 employees per company were surveyed in detail. Statista was then able to present a meaningful result for more than 1,300 companies. From these, the 650 companies from 24 industries with an above-average score were selected as "best employers". Respondents could rate their own company as well as other companies in the same industry. In this way, a total of one million judgments could be used. The questionnaire covered more than 50 topics, with the decisive point being recommendation.
