Impressive rise from No. 23 to No. 6
We are very proud of the fact that we were able to maintain our position as the 6th best place to work in the automotive and automotive supply industry in 2024. In 2021, we were ranked 23rd. Since then, we have improved every year in an environment where we compete with industry giants such as BMW, Bosch, Daimler and Porsche.
In the overall ranking of the survey of 33,000 employees from 650 companies, we have also made a big leap in the last four years, from 318th to 61st place.
The result of the stern and Statista rankings
Statista surveyed at least 100 employees per company through online access panels in May and June 2023. The respondents had the opportunity to rate their own company as well as other companies in the same sector on the basis of detailed questions about work life. In total, the questionnaire covered more than 40 individual aspects. Of particular importance was whether employees would recommend their own company to friends or family.
The powerful results were based on
- a total of 1 million individual assessments
- More than 1,300 companies with 500 or more employees
- 24 industries
In the end, 650 companies with above-average scores were named Best Companies to Work For in the overall and industry rankings.
