Every year, we invite young women on Girls Day to give them an understanding of pro-fessions that are often declared to be "men's jobs". This year we are offering young women the opportunity to gain insights into our IT and production. Curious? Then you have to be quick, there are eight places available in total.
A day in IT at the Coroplast Group
Together with the young talents we take a look at the training profession of the IT specialist. Especially the IT sector is more often attributed to men than to women. We are happy to give the participants the chance to take a look inside the IT department and to carry out smaller projects!
- A computer is disassembled into its individual parts in order to get to know the components. Afterwards it will be reassembled. Here you can prove your technical understanding and dexterity
- At the end, you may also get creative by programming small functions yourself with the program "Scratch". Show us what you've got

A day in production at the Coroplast Group
The participants get the opportunity to get to know our production and the corresponding processes:
- Get to know and handle the soldering iron and perform soldering exercises
- Prepare electrical wires, set them down, crimp them and connect a Schuko plug
- Installing a pushbutton with a light source and a power supply on a mounting plate
