Long-term relationships are an essential part of our corporate culture – with our customers as well as with our employees. We are therefore pleased and proud to have been able to celebrate the 25-, 40- and even 50-year anniversaries of many of our employees at a festive event in January.

Recognition and appreciation in a festive setting

As in previous years, the event took place at the traditional "Schützengesellschaft am Brill" in Wuppertal. In addition to the management, the jubilarians and their companions, the laudators and representatives of HR and the works council were invited. A stylish ambience awaited the guests:

After the reception, Natalie, our CEO, opened the event. This was followed by very personal words from the speakers about individual employees. Humorous anecdotes, touching moments – the great commitment of the honorees was duly recognized. Above all, the speakers expressed their gratitude for the many years of loyalty, reliability and respect.

In a relaxed atmosphere, a lively discussion ensued. Piano music and a jazz duo accompanied the event. The guests were also treated to an excellent 3-course dinner.

Nowadays, it is rare for employees to have been with the same company for 25, 40 or even 50 years. The anniversary celebration is a highlight each year in a special setting, and the participants always tell me so. It gives them the recognition they deserve for their accomplishments and their loyalty to the company over the years.
